Foreign Exchange (FX)

The Global FX Division was formed to promote efficiency in the global FX market, the world’s largest financial market, and to build an infrastructure for the future.

It has taken a proactive role in ensuring the industry meets enhanced transparency requirements driven by the G-20, coordinated the selection of an industry partner to develop an FX trade repository, and taken a leading role in discussions around clearing, execution and reporting consultations.
